The Memory Care Neighborhood ministry is modeled after the Best Friends approach to dementia care. The staff attempts to meet each resident’s needs based upon their capabilities, interests and daily routines. The activities program encompasses educational, spiritual and recreational events designed around the challenges of memory loss. The goal is to daily provide every resident with opportunities to enjoy life.

The resident’s doctor will complete a health history and physical form, which includes medical diagnosis as well as cognitive and behavioral status.
